I would like to share with you Frau Margit Meyer's wool that she dyed using my dye powders from Patchwork-Pro. As you see, the colors are bright and clear! This wool makes me want to take up knitting, but I will leave that to others that know how.

Ich möchte gerne die tollen Eindrücke von Frau Margit Meyer Wolle mit Euch teilen. Diese Wolle hat sie mit meinen Procion MX Farben aus unserem Patchwork-Pro Sortiment gefärbt hat. Phantastische Farben, leuchtend und klar!

Diese Wolle weckt den Wunsch in mir, mit dem Stricken anzufangen. Aber das überlasse ich wohl lieber denen, die das besser können.

I have finally  completed the yellow and white Irish Chain quilt! I used my Daffodil Yellow and Antique Yellow dyes for the two colors in this quilt. I added Pairie Points at the edges to give a different look to the quilt. Then I quilted the quilt on my Long Arm using a Daffodil pattern. I finally added an embroidered label to finish it off.

This is another example of what you can do with my dyes and fabrics. I would like to see some of your projects! 

 

Endlich habe ich das gelb-weiße Irish Chain Quilt vollendnt!  

Als Farben habe ich Narzisse Gelb und Antik Gelb gewält. Dazu Pairie Points an

den Randern, um den optischen Eindruck interessanter zu gestalten. Danach habe ich

das Quilt auf meiner Long Arm Maschine mit einem Narzissemunster besteppt. Zum 

Schluß gibt das getrickkt label Finish. 

Dies ist ein weiteres Beispeil dafür, was Ihr mit meinen Farben und Stoffen 

kreieren knnt. Ich würde mit freuen, wenn Ihr mit einige Eurer Projekte vorstellt!

Friday, May 1st, I went to a Kundsthandwerker Markt. It was in a very nice little village called Veltheim/Ohe. The market was held on the castle grounds in the hof and in the stables. I saw many nice things there and had to have a hand dyed, hand knitted scarf with Bamboo yarn. The pictures that are posted show what the market was like. I had a good day out in the fresh air? 

Am Freitag, dem 1. Mai besuchte enen Kunsthandwerker Markt. Er fand in einem sehr schönen kleinen Dorf namens Veltheim/Ohe statt. Der Markt wurde auf dem Schlossgelände im Hof und im Stall abgeghalten. Ich sah viele schöne Arbeiten und lonnte mir einen Handgefärbte, Handgestrickten Schal mt Bambusgarn nic verwehren. Die Bilder den Markt. Ich hatte einen wünderbaren Tag am frischer Luft!

I had a very good time in Prague a weekend ago. I saw lots of interesting things there. The one thing that really caught my attention was the Spanish Jewish Synagogue. Such wonderful tile work and the patterns were very rich! So many ideas that could come out of my visit there! 

 Ich hatte eine sehr gute Zeit in Prag am Wochenende. Ich sah viele imposante Sehenwürdingkeiten. Das Eine, war wirklich mein Interesse geweckt hat, war die spanisch jüdische Synagoge. Solch wunderbare ornamentarabeiten und reich Munster! Aus meinen Besuch werden so viele Ideeen für meine Arbeiten enstehen!
